Many patients suffer from insufficient cardiac performance: cardiac output, stroke volume and/or the left ventricle’s ejection fraction might be insufficient. This situation needs to be monitored and managed continuously, to reduce patient risk.
The Pulsify patch will be the first device to continuous and directly measure and monitor your cardiac performance on a long-term basis, be it in the hospital or at home.
We have developed a totally new and unique type of ultrasound sensor that will safely monitor the cardiac performance, where ever you go.
The patch will be attached to the patient’s chest for hours or days, or even weeks, as required, until the patient’s situation is stable and safe.
Every patient is different, so our patch will be flexible to accommodate different chests and allow 24/7 all movement, for example walking, sitting and sleep.
The patch will capture the important information regarding the cardiac performance and wirelessly transmit the data, in case action needs to be taken. Your data will be private and safe.
Pulisfy Medical started in the summer of 2019. We are based in Leuven, Belgium, home to world renowned research institute imec and the university Leuven. These are our strategic partners, contributing cutting edge knowledge and research in support of our unique Pulsify patch.
